Do we need a permit to work on a façade?
You may, especially if the public highway is occupied. Rules vary from one municipality to another; during planning we check what is required and tell you before we start.
Is rope access right for every façade job?
No. For localised repairs and inspections it is very cost-effective. For a full refurbishment, with many trades on the same façade for months, scaffolding may make more sense, and we will tell you so.
Do you work for residential buildings?
Yes. We need to know what is happening on the façade, some photographs and access to the roof, which is usually where we start from.
