What data we collect

This website has no database and no registration area. The contact form does not store anything: when you submit it, it opens the WhatsApp app or the email program on your device with the message already written, and you decide whether to send it.

The data that reaches us in that way, by phone or by email, is only what you choose to send us, typically your name, company, contact details, job location, a description of the request and any photographs or documents you decide to send.

What it is used for

Solely to respond to your request, prepare the quote, plan and carry out the contracted work, and comply with legal obligations, namely invoicing, tax and occupational health and safety obligations.

How long we keep it

The contact details of people who requested a quote and did not go ahead are kept only for as long as needed for that purpose. Accounting records and records required by law are kept for the periods set by law.
